I used to drink coffee everyday something even twice or three times a day. I was not able to function without coffee in the morning. I have recently cut back a lot from drinking so much coffee, I made it a treat and enjoyed it everyone once in a while. I have a few coffee places that I visited around town for a while. Then the heavens opened up and a new coffee store has opened up and it has me written all over it. The Glass Knife. The food is amazing and it is pink, shall I say more?
Prices range from $3-$12. The menu is not only coffee. They do have other beverages, the hot chocolate is to die for. The menu has a lot of variety, you will find something you like to eat. They are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and they do have a menu change from breakfast to lunch at 10:30 pm. So you can stop by in the morning and get a warm donuts and coffee.
The atmosphere is amazing it has a French atmosphere. When you arrive, you go straight to the counter and order your food. After that, you go and find a seat and wait for your food to come out. You do have a waiter and they immediately give you water after you sit down and the check at the end of the meal. It is very calm and a great place to hang out and get some work done. The outside is very beautiful and bright. The best thing is that it is covered but you are still able to enjoy the outdoors. Florida weather can be unpredictable. The staff is amazing and helpful. They let you enjoy your food but also close by if you need their attention.
The food is incredible and full of flavor. Do not even get me started about the desert. My mouth is watering just writing these sentences. Yes, they can be busy at some points throughout the day. Which is great because they do take out with amazing containers. They also have full cakes for purchase with a bakery on site that you can see from the main restaurant area.
I hope I had you at its pink. This is a beautiful feminine cafe with a modern French vibe. I love to visit coffee shops. It is a great way to learn your area. So far, this is one of my favorite places to go no matter what time of day it is. If you are ever in the Winter Park, Florida area, it is worth the trip.
